Room SOS
Sometimes our spaces loose their sense of identity and purpose and can become so disorganised that they just don't work anymore. It can be overwhelming and sometimes we simply don't know where to begin! Suited for those who want to declutter and reorganise their space with one on one help and guidance. It is amazing just how far a little bit of help, support and advice can go so don't lose hope or give up. Help is at hand.
Simple 3 step process:
1) Send me photos and a video of the space and I will respond with estimated fee advice and a brief questionnaire.
2)Home visit: (minimum 3 hours) hands on visit helping you to efficiently and effectively declutter and reorganise your space.
3) Follow up email with storage solution shopping list for your newly reorganised space (if needed).
Cost: €55 per hour (minimum 3 hour session, price on application for larger jobs).
Once the declutter is complete you may decide to then proceed to the interior design service or simply repaint your space. Why not add on a paint colour consultation (€70) which includes in home paint samples and colour advice, I will help you to choose paint colours that will compliment your room and take into account existing furniture, flooring, lighting and how you would like the space to feel.
Interior Design
For those who know what they like/dislike but just cant seem to pull it all together in way that works for them or perhaps you are simply too busy to do so. The role of the interior designer is to choose the colours, materials, textures, furniture, flooring, wallpaper, lighting, and other materials necessary to bring your design together. I truly believe your home should feel like a retreat, somewhere you look forward to spending your time.
Service involves a simple 4 step process as follows:
1) Send me photos and a video of the space and outline your brief requirements, I will respond with a brief questionnaire and fee advice.
2)Home visit consultation: ( 2 hours) We will discuss in detail your requirements, preferred styles and finishes. I will take room measurements and analyse layout, storage and functionality.
3)Design presentation: I will present sample mood board(s) and put forward design options based on our style inspiration. Once presented we can make any tweaks or revisions. I will then follow up with final design board complete with shopping list. The shopping list includes links, product codes, prices and supplier details to enable you to easily order everything you need to complete your project.
4)Sign off: once the project is at completion stage I always like to ensure client satisfaction. I will be available for a final consultation (30 mins) for any queries that you may have regarding finishing touches, eg shelf display layout, picture hanging heights etc.
Price on application, however a standard room would typically cost €300 and an open plan Kitchen/Living/Diningroom €450.
Property presentation service
Are you looking to sell or rent your property and want to ensure you maximise your profit? There is so much that can be done before you list your property that can ensure that you achieve the best possible results. It is not every day that we list our properties for sale and therefore it is vital that we take the opportunity to showcase our home in its best possible light.
The property presentation service offers extensive advice on what areas you should put your time, money and energy into in order to maximise your profit.
The service involves a simple 4 step process as follows:
1) Send me some photos and a video of the property and I will respond with a brief questionnaire and fee advice.
2)Home visit consultation: ( c.2 hours) Full home survey and discussion regarding your target market, budget and time available to action the plan.
3)Report, I will provide a detailed report based on the home visit. This will advise you on all the relevant actions required in order to best present your property (in line with available resources). This will also include colour choices if repainting, shopping links if new items are required etc
4)Sign off: once the project is at completion stage I always like to ensure client satisfaction. I will be available for a final consultation (30 mins) for any queries that you may have regarding the finishing touches.
